I always love an excuse to have chocolate this recipe with two of my favorite a nut-free butter and chocolate yum! Who said vegan isn't fun? These vegan peanut butter balls are fun, yummy and without additives, we will be adding powdered sugar as a specialty because it's V-day inspired. Let's get making!

Ingredients

1/3 cup Agave (or pure Maple syrup)
·         1 cup of peanut  butter, natural unsalted creamy (I used a nut free butter called WOW butter)
1/2 cup of almond or coconut flour
                       or
·         1/4 cup Almond or Coconut flour
·         1/4 cup of powdered sugar

·     Chocolate coating
·         1 cup of dairy free or dark chocolate chips
·         1 tbs of coconut oil

In a mixing bowl, add nut/nut-free butter, agave or maple syrup, and flour and powdered sugar.

Mix until the  mixture gets harder to stir, use a rubber spatula to fold until well incorporated. Fold until thickened. Cover bowl put in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.

. Remove from freezer. Form the truffles  akin to balls and place on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

Pop them back into the freezer to chill until more  firm about 20 minutes or so.
Enjoy! I stored mine in a container in my fridge.
May you have a sweet Valentine's Day!!!!!!!!!!!
