Peanut Butter Balls/Truffles (Nut-Free Friendly)
I always love an excuse to have chocolate this recipe with
two of my favorite a nut-free butter and chocolate yum! Who said vegan isn't
fun? These vegan peanut butter balls are fun, yummy and without additives, we
will be adding powdered sugar as a specialty because it's V-day inspired. Let's
get making!
Ingredients
1/3 cup Agave (or pure Maple syrup)

1 cup of peanut butter, natural
unsalted creamy (I used a nut free butter called WOW butter)
1/2 cup of almond or coconut flour
or
·
1/4 cup Almond or Coconut flour
· 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
· Chocolate
coating
·
1 cup of dairy free or dark chocolate chips
·
1 tbs of coconut oil
In a mixing bowl, add nut/nut-free butter, agave or maple syrup,
and flour and powdered sugar.
Mix until the mixture gets harder to stir, use a
rubber spatula to fold until well incorporated. Fold until thickened. Cover
bowl put in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
. Remove from freezer. Form the truffles akin to balls and
place on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
Pop them back into the freezer to chill until more firm
about 20 minutes or so.
