PB and Banana Smoothie (Day 2)
Ingredients
1-2 cups of milk
1 cold banana
1 large scoop of nut butter
a hand full of dates
1 Tbsp of vanilla protein powder or vanilla extract (non-alcoholic) (optional)
Blend for a few minutes until smooth and frothy and drink up!
