Raw Vegan Mini Pizzas
Crust
Dehydrated Eggplant or Portabello Mushroom
Ingredients:
• 1 large eggplant (about 1 pound)
• 1-2 tablespoons of coconut aminos or worcheshire sauce(vegan)
• 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tbsp of Herb seasonings,and any salt free smoked seasonings
• 1-2 tablespoons of coconut aminos or worcheshire sauce(vegan)

Instructions:
Wash eggplant, peel and slice it into thin strips. (For ease in snacking, cut long strips in half crosswise.)
Place eggplant strips, a few at a time, in the marinade. Allow eggplant to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour even overnight.
4. Dry in food dehydrator for about 7 hours (lowest settings vary, thus drying time will vary), or until dry and fairly crisp,depending on what texture you want, be careful as they can get rubbery.

Unsalted Tomato Paste
Honey
garlic powder
Toppings
Finely Chopped Veggies:
Green peppers
Onions
Mushrooms
Tomatoes
Brocolli
Season with nutritional yeast,salut,herb seasonings any salt free seasoning.
Set in the Dehaytor for a few minutes for it to be alittle warm.
