I'm Rachel I like to experiment in the kitchen. So I thought I'd write a blog chronicling my kitchen ventures. My most recent journey is going raw for 31 days. I will be exploring the world of raw real foods and even trying my hand at a few raw recipes with tons of smoothie combinations!Food is fun and tasty,so why not write and blog about it even if it is raw?I been eating  clean for about 8 years but this is about a new journey that dives deeper into the food world. Join me as I dive and discover the real world of raw foods and the vegan lifestyle!Approaching my later 20's I have  found  myself on the shores of vegan,yet not in the water, now I dive in.My motto is the less added ingredients the better!
