Raw Vegan Taco Bowl

I had a taco bowl on my last day of the raw vegan challenge and it was awesome!Here's how you do it!Take your veggies such as:
frozen corn
asparagus
avocado
sprouted beans
mushrooms or walnut meat( a mixture of  and sun dried tomatoes and walnuts blended together with taco seasoning)
tomatoes
Chop and cut them up,season and rub them with taco seasonings such as: garlic powder,onion powder,cumin,chili powder, a little olive oil (optional) or even salsa. Place them in the dehydrator for about 30 minutes to an hour.Serve on a bed of romaine or kale, top with more salsa and extra fresh veggies if you like!
