I DID IT I completed 61 days of Raw Food.

I did it 61 days raw vegan!






 Why did I do it?for my health,stress and my overall being.
What were my results :stress almost virtually gone,
 I feel lighter and clearer inside and out,
almost all bloating gone,
half dozen health symptoms
 such as chronic fatigue,
heaviness inside,
headaches gone
digestive issues and more are fixed or recovering,
 my skin is healthier ,
I lost 23 pounds, 
my health pumping
 and a whole new appetite for plants! 

It's not over yet real food can heal and I'm witness to that! For the next few weeks I will continue have 4-5 raw days a week. Plantbased is my essential goal for the next year, and hopefully beyond,which is a mixture of raw and cooked veggies &fruit.!#61daysrawveganchallenge#plantbasedpower #itsnotover #allornothing
