Ultra Violet Dark Chocolate Vegan Brownie! (No Eggs,Oil,or Flour)


I love,love,love brownies my favorite is my raw brownie,but this is my best baked vegan brownie so far, it's oil free,gluten-free,diary-free,low-fat and vegan!!!! I call these my ultra violet brownies because my original picture came out almost violet,the original recipe was inspired by a fellow vegan blogger and I went all out and made my own dark rich fudgy recipe I think they turned out yummy!



INGREDIENTS
·           4-5 OZ of Dark Chocolate (VEGAN)OR (1 Heaping CUP OF Non Dairy Choc.chips) 
·           1/2 CUP OF PALM Coconut SUGAR (or brown sugar)
·       1/4 CUP OF EXTRA DARK COCOA POWDER
·       1/2 CUP OAT OR GLUTEN_FREE FLOUR
       1 CUP UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
·       ¼ TSP BAKING SODA
·       1 TbSP INSTANT Organic COFFEE
·       PINCH OF SALT


INSTRUCTIONS

 MELT YOUR CHOCOLATE  IN THE MICROWAVE OR USING A DOUBLE BOILER ON THE STOVE. LET IT SIT COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES.

2.   MIX ALL THE Dry  INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, and the Wet Together (Chocolate with applesauce),MIX TOGETHER unitIl combined. 

3.   TRANSFER THE Thick BATTER TO A SMALL BAKING PAN (a loaf pan would work) LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.

4.   BAKE FOR 30-35 MINUTES AT 350F.

5.   LET THEM COOL COMPLETELY. 

6. Melt some dark chocolate chips with a plantbased milk, whip it Up and Frost the Brownies,sprinkle additional mini chocolate chips or pistachos on top if desired.
