Raw Vegan Tacos( Cooked or Uncooked)

I had a raw and vegan kitchen taco fiesta this weekend! When I tell you this raw vegan taco meat tastes just like ground beef ,I'm not joking it satisfies your taste-buds abundantly.
I originally made this a raw vegan taco spread but it works great on low sodium corn tortilla chips too which I did the second day with a sprinkle of nutritional yeast on top or plain hummus seasoned with cumin drizzled on top you can even use vegan cheese or vegan cheese recipes whatever you wish.
You can also make this into a salad which I have done as well!

Walnut Taco Meat (4 serves)
1 cup (150g) walnuts
1/2 packed cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked or rinsed
1/4 tsp garlic powder ( used minced)
1/4 tsp or a pinch of chili  powder
1-2 tsp of cumin (use plenty of this!)
1/2 tsp of curry powder
pinch cayenne pepper
a pinch or two of salt (optional)
You can eat this taco meat just as is and make raw vegan tacos, or heat it in the oven once you assemble your nachos.

PREPARATION
Combine all of the ingredients and process until desired consistency. It will look just like taco meat and tastes amazing!!!!

Veggie toppings
Black Beans or Pinto  (if canned no salt added)
Tomatoes chopped
Purple onions chopped
Green peppers chopped
Red onions chopped

Sour cream option:
Unsweetened Coconut/Non-dairy Yogurt

Cheese Options
Nutritional Yeast
or Plain hummus mixed with chili powder and cumin drizzle over
or use your own vegan cheese sub

Chips or Romaine or Kale
Low Sodium Organic Corn Chips
Or homemade dehydrated corn chips
or you can use Kale or Romaine hearts, I used both for different meals.

Cooked option: After you assemble your nachos  in a small pan place it in the oven for a few minutes and let everything heat through slightly than eat up!

Raw Option: Or simply make a salad or use dinosaur kale or romaine hearts to make raw vegan nachos!
